Difference of S Neuroscience from C Neuroscience?
How is systems neuroscience different than computational neuroscience? My understanding is that computational neuroscience is an encompassing science and a movement towards treating the brain as an information processor, in short it is a paradigm. In comparison, systems neuroscience is about treating specific circuits of the brain (or not from the brain) and understanding their functions.
Wouldn't systems neuroscience be a subfield of computational neuroscience by that definition? Of course this all might seem rather arbitrary and ill-defined, and it is by any lingual measure.
