    Default Glial Cells

    I am not sure if a thread like this already exists, if so can you link it and I will be happy to read it!
    Is it possible to effectively increase glial cells in the brain? I read that an experiment was done on mice to investigate this. Mice that were exposed to puzzles and games had more glial cells. Is this also true for humans?

    You should look up the work (articles and book) of R. Douglas Fields. He is a glial cell guy at the NIH, and a major authority on this topic. His articles and book are very accessible.
